Question for Linday, Car Aniblocks, and Ways to reach designers?

Here's an idea for Daz:  have part of the forum organized according to artist so that we can start threads and ask questions directed to those artists?  Or does something like this already exist?

I have Linday's four-wheel car template with aniblocks, but want to ask him/her how to utilise those blocks with the "road" the car is driving on isn't flat.

We're not supposed to contact artists directly, DAZ handles support as part of the agreement they have with vendors. Besides a lot of vendors never go to the forums.

I would think direct contact would be a great way to develop a fan-base for your products and respond to suggestions. If I were a designer of products, first thing I'd do is start a thread called "Ask me Anything."

Not everyone can or wants to do that. Outside of that, PAs who brave the forums (you can find the commecrial threads here, where PAs are doing direct support for their products: https://www.daz3d.com/forums/categories/daz-pa-commercial-products) often have to deal with the (un)professionally phrased feedback of their customers. That's all fine if you get heaps of praise, but if problems arise, things can get ugly very quickly, i.e. if people have to wait a few hours for their answer because you are on the other side of the globe. Not everyone is cut out for that, in especially if you are dealing with some of the people here who "say their opinion" in a non-constructive way.

And sometimes, it's simply something like a language barrier.
