What to download?

Ok, I'm not a new user, but I'm completely out of the 3D thing since 2 years...many things changed I saw.
I just bought the DAZ Horse 4 and wanted to start downloading but there are so many files that I'm a bit confused.
What do I have to download. Of course not the MAC files but what is the difference between
DAZ Horse 2 Pro Bundle - Western Saddle Textures - Poser Companion - PC
and
DAZ Horse 2 Pro Bundle - Western Saddle Textures - DSON Core - PC

sorry if this is a silly question, but I'm really not sure...:red:
