Creating Morphs From 3DS Max 2013

I have not being able to find very much on creating morphs from objects made in 3DS MAX. I found a couple of forum posts but they did not resolve my problem. It was working properly at one point. I create an object in 3DS Max, export it as an obj. In Daz, I import using figure setup. Back in 3ds Max I make changes (no deletion of vertices) for instance, i have one part rotate down. I then export that. I have tried Morph loader advanced and pro and it will create the morph but it rotates the whole model and pulls the mesh apart or stretches it. I tried to export the model from Daz as an obj. import into 3DS Max, make the changes and then export back out. I get " Geometry did not match, failed to create morph".
If anybody knows of a tutorial that covers this, I would really appreciate it. All i could find was exporting from Daz to 3DS Max.
Thank you.

Make sure you are using the same settings in the import dialogue for Figure Setup and for Morph Loader - it sounds as if you aren't, the axis and scale options are not matching.
The failed export/import may indicate that you were using SubD on your model and hadn't reset itt o base resolution before exporting from DS.
