Aspect Frame and Rendering Issue

Hey guys, I have a question regarding the aspect frame and render feature or should I say, a problem. See, normally when I start up DAZ Studio 4.9, the "Viewport"(Not the Aux Viewport) window, i guess is what it's called, always has the 16:9 aspect frame and I'm trying to figure out why and how to make it not show up in that window as default, which is causing the mentioned Render issue or at least I think it is. The render issue I am having is that I tried to remove the aspect frame by going to the settings the top right corner of the "Viewport" window and it disappeared, but when I go to render my scene or whatever, the render window that pops up has scrolling capabilities and the entire render is, how should I say, Static-y. You know like how static on a TV looks and all, but isnt moving. Why is this happening? If I need to post an image of my render result, then let me know

  • Turning off the Aspect Frame simply removes it from the viewport, so you don't get a preview of the area that will render. To chnage the aspect of the rendered image you need to chnage the dimensions in the Editor tab of Render settings, with the Constrain Proportions (Global) button Off.

The static sounds like noise, and just means that the render iss till converging - assuming this is Iray. If your scene is open (and not enclosed by a modelled skydome) then that should ease over time, especially if you reduce the image size; if it's in a room or other enclosed space you will need to work on the lighting and/or give it more time.
