Way back when M4 was the brilliant new figure - two of the Characters/Textures made me fall in love.

 

Is there any way to transfer the M4 Character to Genesis 8? I have tried saving the preset and use it on G3 with the Legacy UV's, but not sure how to bridge that gap between M4 and G8. Any advice would be most appreciated.

    M4 Legacy UVs for G8M are not available yet.

    An option would be to use the Texture transformer program (available at Rendo) to convert the skin itself to G3M UVs, then you would be able to use it directly on G3M or G8M. There's also a tutorial somewhere in the forums on how to do that kind of texture conversion with blender.

    Thanks heaps Leana. I saved it to my Rendo wishlist - wasn't expecting it to be that expensive. Roll on Pay-day - or M4 Legacy!

    If you're not in a hurry you can wait for the legacy UV release, AFAIK they're working on it.
