Problem with Dynamic Control

I bought the dynamic clothing control back when I had Daz 2. I have used it with the various versions of Daz that came out the the resulting plugin upgrade for each version. However, I am having a problem getting it to show up in the latest version of Daz. I made sure to reset to downloads and downloaded the correct copies with matching version number, however, the serial code I have under the available serial code is for version 2 & 3, there is no serial for version 4.5 of this plugin in my list. I figured I was to use the version 3 number but it still won't show up in Daz. Now I have no idea how to remove that serial I used and still don't have the current serial needed to use the plugin.
Anyone have any idea's what I can do about this?

There should be two numbers in your available serial numbers. One will start or end (can't remember which) the same as your studio 4 serial number.
I believe it's the DS3 serial that will work in DS4+.
Yes.
The Daz3 serial is what I installed and it's not working...it does not show up under the tools tab.
I tried to uninstall and then reinstall and give the option to add the serial again, but that option is no longer available in that window.
Maybe it is one of those things where DS hangs (doesn't refresh) when using a custom layout.
Did you try changing the layout back and forth? Window>Workspace>Select Layout
Does it show up in HELP>About Installed Plugins ?
If your sure you have the proper Dynamic Plugin installed (bit wise and version wise) and it will not show in the Window>Panes(Tabs) window I think your Serial was pasted or entered wrong. Boot DS go to Help>About Installed Plugins and See if it is Listed as Failed.
Thanks Jaderail, I did not know I could check my plugins that way.
Everything is fine now, the last re-install did the trick and it shows up and is working properly.
Thanks everyone for trying to help me.
I never had a reason to look under the Help tab before so had no idea what was there...lol
Good point and one lucky so and so for not having needed to. :P.
BUT (you knew a but was coming, come one you did really) it is a good idea to familiarise yourself with new software before doing anything. I have used this approach for a number of years now and it has put me in good stead. I spend at least a week just sitting in front of the software and click on anything I can find to click and scan read as much as I can. If an command is grey out then that tells me that I may possibly need something loaded, geometry in DS, Poser etc or an image in Photoshop/GIMP etc. This does help if you have a good memory. Then once I have a rough idea were things are I go looking for tutorials.
Oh I am not new to Daz...lol Been using the program for the past 8 years. The reason I couldn't find the plugin is because they moved under a different tab and when I read posts about trying to get it to work, I must not have had enough coffee cause when they mentioned the Windows Tab, I thought they were talking about the OS not an actual tab...lol
Are you up and running now?
Yes I am and thank you everybody for trying to help me.
Great that is what we like. Have fun.
