The Genesis 8 Male Body Morphs will add a lot of body shaping options. But, actually, you should already have morphs to scale the hands and feet without purchasing that. They are in the basic Genesis 8 Male that comes free in the Starter Essentials. The morphs are called Hand Propagating Scale and Foot Propagating Scale.
Load Genesis 8 Male into your scene. Select Genesis 8 Male in the Scene pane. Then go to the Parameters pane. Click on the arrowhead next to the word Actor to expand the list of morphs. Then click on Hands or Feet to find the scaling morphs. You could also just click on the word Actor and type the word propagating into the search box in the Parameters pane. You will then see the propagating scale morphs for the hands and feet as well as the head.
This gets me part of the way there. I'm hoping that the body morph targets will allow me to do non-uniform scaling of the feet. The controls that you mentioned only allow uniform scaling. Still appreciate it, though.
