How Well Do Cookie and Chip Work in DS 4.9?

I think the Cookie and Chip models are adorable, and I'm thinking about getting them.
Chip's product page says "some features may not work in DAZ Studio." I just today returned another, older-generation product that had a similar qualification on its description page, and it turned out that product almost didn't work at all. So you can imagine I'm a bit leery.
Does anybody know how well these figures work in DS 4.9, and whether the features that don't work are at all important?

I've only got cookie and not chip but she works fine for me. Wears (non-dynamic) clothes, poses, renders. (There are some poser-only dynamic clothes for her and chip but I don't have any of those).
No idea what features don't work - could be material settings (basic mats apply fine but if there are any poser 6 materials files they may not apply).
Thanks!
Paging Richard Haseltine! I bought Cookie and Chip. Cookie shows up as a product in Smart Content, but Chip and the expressions pack do not. Not in Figures, not in All Products, and not in Lost and Found.
I tried categorizing Chip, but that didn't help... In the Content Library I tried Make a Product From in the right-click menu, but that merely made a new entry in Content Library with nothing in Smart Content...
I have attached a graphic showing the files in Runtime/Support. What can I do to make Chip show up in Smart Content?
I don't know. Does it appear in the alphabetical Products list (twice if you kept your version)?
Yep. In the alphabetical product list of the Content Library pane, it appears as the original Chip! and my Chip. But it doesn't appear in Smart Content at all.
I'll try redownloading the package. Should've done that first.
UPDATE: Well, that didn't help. But at least I got rid of my duplicate in Content Library.
Here's a tip for anyone new to Cookie and Chip: when you fit their hair, it goes crazy and squishes up somehow. To fix it:
Once all the hair's "bones" are zeroed, it poofs back out into its original shape.
For whomever it may help, I figured out why Chip and the expressions pack did not show up in Smart Content even though Cookie did.
There are two problems:
