Unable to export

I recently purchased a 3D printer. I have successfully exported to OBJ and FBX files in the past. I do not recall when the last version of Studio was, but I think I was able to do this in the previous one.

I am currently running 4.9.4.122.  I am pretty sure I was exporting okay with the previous release. I have been trying to export to these formats again but the program keeps stopping around 85% complete according to the dialog box.

This is a simple figure, G1F with a simple base and prop.

Is anyone else having any export issues and does anyone have any ideas on how to fix the issue?

I also lock up when trying to send the figure to Hexagon.

I have Maya LT and Blender. Anyone have any idea if I can import my DAZ figure into those programs?
