Can I create a morph or modify body mesh from article of clothing?

Up Front: This is for creating art, not creating any sort of product. I have no idea if this is possible. If it is not, I apologize for the noise.
What I want to do: I want to somehow modify Genesis mesh, to include the shape of an atricle of worn clothing, and then autofit (autofollow) a second article of clothing so that it forms to the shape of the first article of clothing and Genesis mesh. Example,. G3F, put a tank top on. Put a T-shirt on and have the T-shirt confrom to G3F and the tank top. Result, the T-shirt is slightly deformed by the shape of the tank top beneath. (Like in Real Life. ) You see the outlien of the tank top in the t-Shirt shape, (not just transparency)
I am not trying to fix poke through or related problems. (BTW, Fit Control is a great product for that) I want the second article to collide with the Tank top and the Genesis Body. I do not want to use dynamic clothing for this. (I know how to use dynamic clothing.). I was thinking of geografting, though, I am not sure I can graft and article of clothing onto a figure (vertices would not be the same when I imported it.). And, I was hoping there was an easier way than geografting. In the past I have exported the figure with the clothing as a single OBJ for use in Marvelous Designer and used the cloth simulator to drape the created clothing for a static position and render. THe probelm there is any changes to the pose and I have to do the whole process over. I was hoping for a way to do this in Daz, or at least beable to repose in Daz.
Summary: I would like, if possible, to create a modified G3F (or any recent Genesis figure) so that it includes the shape of a worn article of clothing (item A) so when clothing item B is worn, it autofits to the underlying shape. Possible? Options? Discussion?

The problem with using a morph fro soemthing like this is that the edges on the base figure won't necessarily match the edges of the garment you want to create. Other than that it's certainly possible in principle. Are you wanting to be able to use the same under shape with mutliple top shapes? if not it would seem simpler to moprh the outer garment directly.
I don't know if you are using 3Delight or Iray ,but I would try making a displacement map of the tank top FOR the tee shirt ,which should give the slight look of the tank top under the tee shirt ,and still follow the poses ....
Richard, How do I create a morph in the T-shirt (outer shirt) from the tank top (inner shirt)?
Carrie. I am using IRAY. I will experiment with displacement.
How were you going to modify the basic figure's shape?
