Iray Rendering!

Hi all! So I would love some advice! I'm looking for ways to speed up my render time in Iray! I imagine there is another thread about this somewhere, but I couldn't seem to locate it! I'm working on an animation and was wondering what tricks people might now of that help to speed up the rendering process? Any feedback would be greatly appreciated!
