Need help identifying this Texture Shaded problem in Viewport

I don't really know what to call it so I'm having hard time searching for answer. The black areas show up in the viewport when I select Texture Shaded view. Thanks in advance for your time and any help.

Does it render OK? Those look like geometry or normal artefacts - oddly shaped polygons, doubled polygons or edges, geometry normals that conflict between neighbouring polygons. Is it a model you made yourself?
It renders great, I did not make the items, one of the items I have problems with is Time for School for Genesis 2 Female(s) and Time for School for Genesis 3 Female(s). Thank you.
Also the outfit in image I posted was Sassy Girl Shirt for Genesis 3 Female(s).
Also Also, everything works great on laptop. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling daz3d on my desktop even going as far to remove registery entries.
Compare the settings in Edit>Preferences>Interface tab on both machines, though it may be down to the GPU/driver on the machine with the artefacts.
Settings are good, I even tried other graphics card ended up same results. I cleared the log file and when I load the shirt I get the following.

Thanks again,

Is it possible you have two copies of the shirt loaded without realizing it? I've seen something vaguely similar to that effect happen when you do that by accident.
Just double checked it is only one copy. One thing I did notice is that when you look at the inside of the Time for School shirt (or any other item I have this problem with) everything looks correct, it's just from view from outside that I see the problem. But with the Sassy Girl Shirt it'st both inside and out. :(
Thanks for your idea,
Rich
Is the opacity of the shirt set to less than 1 in the surfaces tab? This is an artifact I sometimes see in the preview window when there is opacity applied to a clothing item. Generally it renders correctly though
ETA. Try removing the opacity map from the surfaces tab and if the artifact goes away then you'll know if that's the issue.
You were talking about the Cutout Opacity correct? (it was set to 1). When I remove the map it turns the whole thing solid black. All I can think of is I must have corrupted some of file when I manual installed something. Happens now on both my desktop and laptop...lucky me :) Desktop is Quadro M4000 and Laptop is GeForce GTX980M.
Thank you for your help,
Rich
