Manga Style Shaders: Documentation please.

There is a product "Manga Style Shaders" available. Says in description documents not bundled but in forums.  Not so.  The links to the documents are on Dropbox and all "File Not Found"

Can someone please post a new link here to the documentation and would the author please re-bundle the product and include documentation this time?  If I can read how it works I might be interested in buying but not interested in an undocumented product.

FWIW, it looks like the PA fixed the links and notified folks in the thread link you provided.
