AoA Advanced Distant Light Help

in Technical Help (nuts n bolts)

I have the directions open and I'm reading what all the dials do. So I applied a light and adjusted its proximity to my scene just like it says to do, which it claims is similar to DS, and is. HOWEVER the light being cast in my render does not change at all. It actually is not responding to any control changes. I tested by changing the light color to red and nothing. It doesnt say that the product requires any other packages etc. Help! ...Please.

    I assume you are rendering with the 3Delight render engine? (The AoA lights do not work in Iray renders.)

    Are you using Iray or 3Delight? The lights are for 3Delight.
