Help probleam with my Daz Content

in Technical Help (nuts n bolts)

Hello i'm having alot of probleams with my daz content when i try to load old products it staits it can not find the file here are some pics can anyone please help me

    Right-click on the file and select Show Asset In>Mapped Folder (or Virtual Folder if it was installed with Connect) - does DS find it?

    Ok I tryed open The Virtual folder Nothing happen's

    i also tryed changing hair colours again still keeps coming up like this, I'm at my wits end with it that's the only prorbleams with up grades it stuffs everything up arhhh well

    So this was installed via Connect (that is, inside Daz Studio through the Install or Smart Content panes)?
