Errormessage when loading G3 Female

in Technical Help (nuts n bolts)

I get an error message when loading genesis 3 female base figure:  She loads as usuall and I haven't noticed anything wrong yet, but this worries me. The only change I did today is that I have been playing with Genx whitch I bought yesterday transferring morphs and characters from older generations to G3 female. What could be wrong and is there a way to reinstall Genesis 3 female starter essentials?

    It may be that the GenX covnersions include identically named morphs, with ERC links between them, to soem thata lready exist in the figure.     Thanks for the reply! smiley I looked through the thread but I couldn't find anything about this error. Do you know witch post or witch page that's about this error? 

    Is there a solution for this?

    Let me say that this is a common and generic error.  There are MANY reasons why it can pop up. It could be an error in one of the girls that you installed or it could be that you have the same girl installed in more than one runtime and there is a conflict

    you need to look at your LOG file to see where the errors are coming from to be able to get any help.  In DazStudio go to Help>Troubleshooting>Log File (see picture).  See if you can find out for yourself where the duplicate files are and uninstall that character. If you cannot, customer service should be able to help you when you provide them with the log file.txt.
