Not sure where to put this but your sale is not calculating correctly

I am trying to buy some stuff from your sale for V4 and M4. Buy three items ( I have 11 in my cart, more than three for each figure) and get 85% off.

Right now my cart says the regular sale price of 45% off.

No code or anything that I can see.
