Problems with SKA motion for Gen 8

in Technical Help (nuts n bolts)

The new SKA motion for Genesis 8 doesn't move the character one bit. No motion what so ever.

(The SKA motion for Genesis 3 works fine).

Anyone else having problems? Solution?

    Yep, just bought and loaded it. No joy. No solution. The other products have been good quality, so perhaps a glitch someplace. I left a message for Tech Support.

    The log file says it was loaded successfully, but there's no animation.

    Same here. It loads the script but does nothing.

    Same here! I have the Genesis 3 and now The Genesis 8 version but the Genesis 8 version does nothing at all!

    I solved the problem by copying all " *.gfa " files into the aniblocks directory!

    go to "C:\Users\Public\Documents\My DAZ 3D Library\People\Genesis 8 Female\Poses\SKAmotion\Flat Walk"

    mark and copy all six " *gfa " Files and paste them into

    "C:\Users\Public\Documents\My DAZ 3D Library\aniBlocks\YourDirectoryName

    after that load the animation out off the " aniBlocks\YourDirectoryName" directory in DAZ 3D.

    I mean, there's still a problem with this product, but at least you can use it!

    Hi everyone,

    Sorry to hear the install didn't work correctly. Daz3d package and build the install so I'm out of the loop on that unfortunately. They normally check to make sure the install works and this is a good lesson for me to make sure it works the day it's released. I don't think Daz gives me the product in advance to test. Animation is a very rare product to come through their store so I can understand them making a mistake once and a while. They've been great up till this product.  My apologies for the inconvenience. Big thanks to Sojak for figuring out the solution.

    The files have been fixed now. Please try downloading the Flat Foot Walk again. you should be fine and sorry for the inconvenience.

    Folks, I downloaded it a little while ago and got the new update and it's working great now!!
