Cannot Post

(I could not figure anywhere to post. If this is not correct, my apologies.)

I keep trying to make a reply for 2 days now for a post. I keep getting this msg in red:

Error Message: Unable to receive your submission at this time

I seem to have been able to make this post with no problems.

    The site was having some issues in some area's due to a Net Attack that had slowed down servers on the Web. Daz3D was not attacked it was a Massive Denial of Service attack on the Web. It was in the News here.

    The error message that you are getting usually only happens when you try to post the same message several times, or if you use a short "stock" message such as "thankyou". Adding a couple of words to your message, changing or omitting punctuation or rewording the message all help to get round this particular problem.

    chohole, I believe you are correct. I was trying to thank a couple of people for their response. I had wrote down, "Thank you." lol

    Glad I could help. The forum software appears to have some built in filters which are meant to stop "spambots" from posting in the forums. Unfortunately they are sometimes unhelpful when real people post simple messages, or even repeat a message a couple of times.

    I believe Chohole had the proper answer but I had trouble here due to the Net thing. I'm a Addict and I'm proud of it, but my Handle is Jaderail. Addict is my forum status like yours is New Member. :-P
