Backround Camera Tracking?

I made an animation clip, and it takes place inside a building, so I added a sky background, but when the camera moves, the background doesn't move with it like how looking out a window would in real life is. It shows completely different parts of the background It is almost like the building is moving instead of the camera. It is hard to explain. If you parent the camera to the background, would it go together, to look real? If so, how do I parent them, because if I hit change parent to my camera, the background isn't an option! Please help!

In which application? Generally a backdrop image will fill the camera view (or as near as the aspect ratio allows). If you want a backdrop that will be left behind when the camera moves you probably need to apply the image to a plane and position that where you need it instead.
And how do you apply it to a plane? Sorry, Im still learning things about Daz! :p
DAZ Studio? Create>New Primitive..., select Plane and enter a guesstimate for the size. Select the plane and adjust the x or z scale to reflect the proportions of your photo - if it's a standard digital photo in landscape mode make the x scale 133%, if it's portrait make the z scale 133%. Open the Surfaces pane, expand the entry for the plane and click the Default entry. Click the box to the left of the Diffuse colour picker, select Browse..., and load your photo; generally you will want to set Ambient colour to white and Ambient strength to 100%. Rotate the plane so it's vertical and position behind the window - if it catches shadows from the wall when you render move it back and scale it up to compensate.
