K, I just dropped by to let you guys know Im closing apps at this point. I will be contacting the ppl Ive chosen (but likely not til tomorrow) Thanks to everyone for submitting your apps! And good luck to all :)

K folks, Ive rendered my decision and I have sent PM's to those I am taking. I ended up accepting 5, as it was a very tough decision.
If you didnt make the cut, no worries... I do retain apps for a certain period of time, and should any slots present themselves, I will look them over again.
Also, I want to mention my bestie Ann (ARTCollaborations) is looking for a few good men (that is, to test, of course, as shes married LOL) If you are interested in testing for her, you can contact her on the forum (ann0314) -- Ill have her come in later and drop her email addy and any other info, as shes afk atm.
You know Barb, NOT that I dont trust you, but being April Fools day, I am gonna wait for Ann to say she needs one, cuz you know...... :p

OK sorry :) I wasn't feeling so well yesterday (ouchy back due to crappy weather changes here in Ohio...mean weather mean!) so didn't get on here to post :)
On the testing front, I am looking for some testers. Not positive how many as I tend to think sometimes you can't have too many :) I will have to think on that a little. We have a fairly large testing team as is but there are times where everyone is kinda busy at once or not many are around and so what happens is a team of 10 turns into a team of one or two. Also we do make things for DS and for Poser so having people really proficient in one or the other or both is always really handy :) And as they say, the more eyes the better.
As for what we look for...we kinda have categories of testers which may seem odd LOL. We look for the following:
1. Regular users (customers) - People who can test out the general useability of a pack...make sure things make sense and are easy to follow. Sadly when you do anything for awhile, what makes perfect sense to you doesn't always to everyone else so I like to have some people that just "use" the item as part of testing.
2. Testers for Props and Mats - We do ALOT of props for Freebies etc so having people to be sure they work and the morphs work and everything is good is a necessity.
3. Advanced Testers - People who can test or have experience in testing specific things (these things tend to take more time and skill to test) Those things include rigging, seams, clothing or hair items etc. At present we don't have a ton of Clothing or Hair to test but we may soon enough so having people who have some experience in testing those things would be great.
4. DS Mat People - Those who know us best know we don't do DS Mats normally LOL We are Poser users and try as I might I will never do a DS Mats as well as those that have been using DS for years. We do have Neil and Fisty who do an INCREDIBLE job in this area but having one or two others willing would be a HUGE help as sometimes we have multiple packs in testing at the same time. If you want to help with this, please let me know specifically along with what experience with this you have.
I "think" that covers everything. We have a pretty loose testing pit and team. We are all pretty silly LOL So no high pressure or anything.
Anyone wishing to apply with us, please send me an e-mail ann0314 @ art-collab.com (take out the spaces around the @) with your username here on the forums and let me know what type of testing you are interested in (or types) along with any experience you have or why you think you would be a good fit. I don't go by experience alone, so if you have none...no worries. Just say why you would like to test and your availability etc. :)
