Installing Merchant Essentials Anime Eyes for Genesis Gen 4

I'm using DS Pro 4.5 and having trouble finding out where I need to install an Anime Eyes.psd file (or rather the "ForbiddenWhispers" and "AnimeEyes" folders which contain said .psd). I have installed it in My DAZ 3D Library (presently) and in studio/My Library folder previously, but in neither case do I find the Anime Eyes in my Smart Content. Have I installed it in the wrong location(s) or am I looking in the wrong place? It says it's for Genesis Gen 4 if that gives any sort of clue. I've googled and watched more videos than I cared to just to put some silly big eyes on a model but still i am at a loss. Many thanks to whomever can tell me where I'm going wrong.

You need an editing program like Photoshop to open the files. You didn't buy a texture, you bought files for editing or making textures.
The file description states

This product requires a program capable of opening PSD files.

If you are unable to use the files, you may want to contact support and see if they can give you a refund.

I have Photoshop and knew I could open the .psd with it but I missed that little note at the bottom. What I did see was in the readme it said " Required Products: None," which seemed baffling at the time. Furthermore, if all I was downloading was a .psd, why does it try to install into DS from a Daz installer? Bah. I'll chalk this up as a rookie mistake and read the notes at the bottom more carefully. Thanks anyway!
