Gen X Upgrade problem

Alright, I have a question because I'm experiencing a problem.

Gen X is not showing up for me in Daz Studio. Thing is, I bought Gen 4 on Rendrosity then bought the upgrade (Gen X) on here and back then it worked fine. With a new computer, I had to reinstall everything. And now Gen X is not showing up in D/S.

Does anyone know if I need to re-download the Gen 4 Program on Rendrocity first and THEN re-download the Gen X Upgrade here for this to work for me?

Have you reinput the serial number? See the plugins pane.

I don't see it in the plugins pane or where to input the serial number.

After reading this, I noticed mine wasn't showing up, either ( I recently reformatted ). Go into your Daz account and look at your serial numbers. Go to Help > About installed plugins within Studio and copy/paste your serial number. It should show up, even within the latest version of Daz Studio.
