Cant download Daz Studio

I wanted to reinstall Daz Studio (had 4.9 pro before) however I cant figure out how to even download it.

I went to this page: https://www.daz3d.com/get_studio

(I picked the windows 64 verison)

 

Pressing download brings me to my product library. When I search for the studio, I only find the 4.9 pro version on the list. Clicking on it does nothing, the right side of the screen just says "Select a product to get started".

Pressing download and install opens up install manager but again, search for the studio brings up nothing.

 

So how do I reinstall the studio software?

To download with DIM:

Open DIM and in the Filter box at the top right enter:

sku::13176

If it doesn't show up in the Ready to Download tab, check if it's in the Installed tab -- you can uninstall it from there (even if it isn't actually installed)

To download from your Product Library:

Go to this page:  https://www.daz3d.com/downloader/customer/files#prod_13176

I would recommend if you don't have it, download DIM.  Check DIM as it may be listed for download if you use Studio as the search filter. If not, use the Download and Install button.

DIM will make it easier to get updates.

Downloading from the product library worked fine.

However its not showing up for me on DIM, I searched "sku::13176" but only got "default resources for DAZ studio 4.9+" which is already installed. Nothing in downloads or read to install.

 

But thank you, the product library link solved it.
