I was transfering one or two props manually from a free website and and some files from "my library" got erased. I am using time machine on Mac to recover from half an hour ago. I hope it is a good idea... Am I in trouble?

Time Machine should work if it's set up to back up periodically and saved prior to when you had the erasure.  If the files you need to recover have been in your library for a period of time, it's probably you'll be able to re-add them.

That'd be great. I am currently doing it. About 60gigs to copy... Is there anything other than "my library" that could have been changed that I need to worry about??  CMS files what ever those are? Idk..

  • It doesnt work. wWhat a surprise. Some error shows up at the end. And now I can't use time machine. I need to use a back up I did a month ago (fortunately). That would be the first time. Is only deleting the remaining "my daz3d library" content and replacing it with my backed up file will do the job? Is there anything else I need to do. Pllzzzz thank you in advance. This is kind off a nightmare

  • Remember to do your backups frequently guys. I got all back but it is a big waste of time. No fun
