exporting in FBX and notice bones missing

in Technical Help (nuts n bolts)

Hi was exporting a set of wings with the genesis 3 basic bone structure and wing bones left side 1 through 4 and right side 1 through 4, but after the export bone4 is missing on either side.  all the basic genisis 3 bones are still there.

 

Any ideas?
