Freckles transparency map?

Hi all,

I was wondering if I could get some opinions on a good product to add freckles to my genesis figures. I know that they have to exist, like the tears, tattoo, makeup ones do. I've looked at a few, hopefully I can get some good recommendations:)

    Yeah freckles aren't too hard in photoshop, but I'd really prefer a product that has presets and the like. Time is money and I have more money than time xD

    ...also doable in Gimp or PSP.
