Gift card

Hello

 

I got a gift card but when i try to redeem it it says wrong card and the balance is 0 $. I just bought it and paid via paypal. the email with the code says wrong card

 

Wrong or expired Gift Card Code. 

what should i do  ?

You probably got two emails. Check the code from the other one.

Or, the card has already been redeemed. Check your store credit balance.

It was in store credit balance thx :)
