Where can I get some good eyebrows for Gen 3?

I'm using a bunch of cel shaders that wipe the eyebrows painted on in the UV, and was wondering where to get some good Genesis 3 (m+f) eyebrows (or older generations that can be fitted with wearthemall). Would they basically act like the old brows and conform to the face perfectly?

 

Also, on an unrelated note, I keep seeing reference to Shader Bakers, but I can't seem to figure out why someone would want to use them. Are they to make renders faster or something? And do they work for every camera and light angle? In other words, once applied, how are they distinguishable from unbaked shaders?
