Cant make purchase

trying to buy this item and it keeps telling me that maximum purchase quantity is 1 and I have only selected once the purchase button. retired the same operation after logging out and re-logging on different browser. What's going on, is the site broken?

    OK. Make sure that you are fully logged into the store. Then add another item to your cart, any item, then view cart and you should see the first item is there, remove the one you don't want and proceed to checkout.

    This does tend to happen if you are logged into the forum, but not necessarily fully logged into the store when you placed the tiem in your cart. The store login does time out after a period of time. If in doubt, log out from the store and log back in again.
