Install Manager files

I need to download and re-install some files but DIM won't show them in the product list. Where does DIM store the list of what has alread installed? Can I delete some or all of those (that) file and reset DIM?

Operatind system Mac OS 10.12.6

    Found the Manfests file cleard out but kept copy, hope this works
