Garbbled image out windows.
I recently bought this product and have been having a terrible time with it.

It looks great on the product page but I can't get the same/close results out of it as I see. For some reason, the windows distort the view out the window, a reflection of the room is showing and there is some weird sorbet color floating. I have tried dialing down the opacity of the glass, Nothing. I changed the Dome settings from Dome and Scene to just Scene and nothing. Currently it is depicted in my render with Dome and Scene, Dome on, Infinite light. That's how it was set when I loaded the environment initially. Has anyone one run into this before? I would really like to use this scene to it's potential but I'm stumped.
The first picture is of the Viewport with the doors wide open. The 2nd one is what the render looks like(again, doors open. What is up with the reflection?).
Thanks for any help

I don't have the set, DD, but from your screenshot and render I did notice something odd. You say that the doors are open, and I can see the open doors on the outside, but I can still see what appear to be two doors with handles still closed. Are there double doors? Like an outside screen door and an inside glass paneled door. Something just doesn't look right there, to me.
Oh my gosh you're right!! I don't think I loaded the environment twice (though that is something that has happened before and totally something I'd do) But I'll check and see when I get home. That would make sense and account for the reflection. I'm gonna feel so stupid if that is what I did lol
UPDATE* Yes, I totally had 2 instances of this environment loaded. It works best if you...ya know...only load one.
