Basic Questions about Victoria 8

Is she built off the Gen3 Female or is there a new base model for this generation?

Also, has anyone played with poses and clothing for Vic 8 on Gen 3 models like V7? Are they fairly compatible?

Victoria 8 is for Genesis 8 Female, though the materials should work for Geensis 3 female aside from the eyes and lashes.
