A type of body's belly with Shape Shift or similar.

Hello, i bought "shape shift" for Genesis 8 Female: https://www.daz3d.com/shape-shift-for-genesis-8-female-s-merchant-resource

I have already "body morphs" for Genesis 8 Female: https://www.daz3d.com/genesis-8-female-body-morphs

I want to realize this belly: 

I spent many hours to try realize this body, by adjusting the different parameters but i can not. Maybe, "Shape Shift" can not modelize this belly? Or i need other morphs or other software?

    I think I have a good start in less than 2 minutes using Shape Shift and the G8F body morphs.
