Render with shadows and without

Hello,

I'd like to render my scenes speretly as in first the enviourment with the shadows of the people but without the people being there, and then just the people in the scene without any shadows. I want to do that so I can edit the things better in photoshop. Is there a way to do that?

    In 3Delight, yes - in Iray, no - assuming this is in Daz Studio.

    By the way, I sometimes have objects/props that don't seem to cast shadows even if cast shadows is on. Is there an easy fix for this? (This was in 3delight) Would the problem be in the object casting the shadow, the lighting, or the object the shadow is being cast on?

    It could possibly be the lighting your using can you explain a bit more of what you trying to achive???

    Well I've just got a set of distant lights coming in from four directions, becuase I don't know what else to do. I'm just trying to get rid of all shadows to render a simple outline. In other words, I dont want things to have any "dark" side at all. I don't want the object to receive shadows.
