    Richard is a forum admin and not a store admin. As such, he doesn't have access to store accounts and would be unable to place an order for you.


    I do have the ability to help with certain things though I can't place an order for someone else either but if you are having an issue with your account or need help please PM me here (there should be a link in my post that says PM on the left under my name etc (see pic below)..just click on that and PM me and I will help you sort out whatever problem ordering you may be having. Please DO NOT give your account information to ANYONE here though not even me. The VERY most you would ever need to give is an order number of a previous order or possibly your e-mail address. Never ever your password.

    In my cart I had one item. I had paid for it. But I paid for it not in a order containing this item.

    I do not have any order history nor I can download it. I want someone that login to my account.

    If you checkout , Paypal will refuse to open as I had paid for this item.

    Now I see. Sometimes a picture makes it obvious.


    The item stays in the cart, so the same order number is generated, every time.


    1) Remove the item from the cart. (Maybe move it to wishlist).

    2) Put the item back into the cart. (Maybe clear the browser cache and cookies, after that).

    3) Try again. That should generate a new order number.

    But I had paid for this item. I do not dare to paid again. I can only leave it in the cart as this is the only proof that to prove I had paid.
    It`s strange my paypal account does not has any payment history. This time the money really gone without any history. And they did not send me a refund email.
    I will contact paypal.

    Did your bank show a charge and a refund? (Or is it too soon for your bank's website to show that?).


    Yeah, I'd see what Paypal says, maybe they can fix it.

    This time I did not received a refund email. I think half a hour had passed.
    Okay,I will cantact paypal. But I am not sure whether paypal will answer me . As the fund is only $1.99.

    And I do not know how to tell them as I do not have any payment history.

    I do not think this is a error made by paypal. This is because daz redirected me to paypal page before I placed a order.
    They should let me reach the step 3 and place order first then change the page to paypal/

    Oh, I see, the refund was for a different item. I misunderstood.

    So you are getting this error with everything you try to order?

    Yes, of course. I can not buy anything at present.
    And I need some products sold here for my recent project.
    I am thinking of how to get them.

    I really missing the old store.
    And I can not buy anything now as I can not place order.
    How about keep the old store and this new store open at the same time?
