Files not showing

Hello, I would appreciate any help with these products that I have just recently purchased. The V5 Bundle all loaded properly but with the other two products there is only one file each, so I put them into Genesis Starter Essentials, however they don't appear in either Poser 2012 or Daz Studio 4.5 like my V5 Bundle does.
I am not sure if there is suppose to be more files for the other two products and if there isn't, then could someone tell me if I have put them in the right place which is Genesis Starter Essentials and how to find them in my programs.
All programs up to date including the DSON
Thanks

What do you mean by putting them into Genesis Starter Essentials? All content should be installed to the root of a content tree - that is, to the folder you have selected in Poser or DS as a content directory/external library, the folder that holds the Runtime and Data folders.
Thanks for the reply.
As I am new to DSON I followed the information in the following links that I found here at DAZ.

If V5 is loading then you must have the importer, and Genesis Starter Essentials, installed correctly. What exactly was the path tou used for installing the Starter Essentials, and what was the path you used for the morphs? Are you aware that there are no library files for those products - they simply add new morphs to Genesis when you load the figure from the library.
I went back and reinstalled all Dson content into one folder c - users - my name - my documents - DSON Content then added that to poser. Everything worked fine except for the Evolution Morphs. They loaded in my DSON Content folder with no problems but did not show in poser when I loaded Genesis to use.
I discovered that for some reason they didn't go into Poser 2012 where the corresponding Dson folders are, so I just copied and pasted and now they work in Poser when I load Genesis.
Thanks for your time.
