Export Genesis 3 female figure in to Poser 2014

Hello,
Even I looked at many youtube tuts, I have not managed yet to found out, as a newbie in Daz, how I can export the Genesis 3 Female figure in th Poser Pro 2014.
Can anybody help me step by step what I have to do?

Comments
Genesis 3 and later are not supported in Poser. There are ways to sacrifice some of the features of the figures so that an approximation can be opened in Poser, but the result is not truly Genesis 3 - and not all support content will work even to that limited extent, I believe.
