Why Isn't Genesis 2 showing up on my GenX2 Plugin "Sources"?

Updating my post:

I just bought Genx2 for gen 2 to fix the "intermediate figure" problem, but when I load it, the Genesis 2 figures are not in the Source. Anyone know why? (I installed via the daz smart content/store.)

I installed it, put in the serial number, and found the tab, but am unsure where to go from here. (Could someone please start from the very basics?)

I'm trying to follow this video, but when I tried to click and drag a character from one particular Genesis 2 Female, it just said "Finished" but she didn't appear in the box. The other seemed to work, but the one I wanted (Keiko) gave me no luck!

Hm. I'm stumped!

Thanks! That's helpful and i hadn't seen that before (why is it so hard to find?!), but I couldn't find a solution to my problem in it..

Aha! I tried reinstalling it again today and it worked mysteriously!

As for my second issue, what I needed to do was just load Genesis 2 as a source and select "Keiko" etc as the morph, rather than trying to drag her over manually.

 

Problem solved! Super happy.
