JCM and Rigging

So, I got to making some JCM's for my new actor. Ran into an issue. The mesh moves, but the joints don't so I addjust rigging. When I do that it moves the body instead of the joint. Second issue, how to I lock that new rigging to an individual JCM so that its not out of place when you T-Pose?

The second part is fairly easy - with the parameters pane in edit mode (via right-click) and the moprh and joint adjustmentss et, right-click on the morph and select ERC Freeze, make sure that only the required adjustments are set to be Sub Compoenents, and Accept.

I'm not sure what you mean by the body moving - is this a custom figure, newly rigged by you? If so you need to memorise the rigging in the default state before you can use Adjust Rigging to Shape (which adjusts the joints so that they are near the same bits of the morphed mesh as they are near in the memorised, unmorphed state).
