Right click on the pose thumbnail and select browse to file location.  The path on my computer is My Daz 3D Library/People/Genesis 2 Female/Poses.  What is the path shown for the location of your file?

If you mean you have edited the texture you need to save in to the Texture folder of a normal, non Connect, DAZ Studio library

If I may take an educated guess:
He edited Connect content (the pants, not the pose) and Studio is complaining about that. Not sure why it should do this, but you might have reasons for that.
His screenshot already shows the path for the pose, btw. But the item in question are the pants - the content pane in this screenshot is a bit misleading I admit.

The problem is that Daz Studio will not recognize files that a user adds to the Daz Connect data library. When you save your pants texture and materials preset, you must save it in a mapped content library other than the one that Daz Connect installs into. That means that if you installed the pants with Daz Connect, you cannot save your new texture JPEG file or a material preset to load that texture in the same place that the original texture and preset were installed. It is an annoying and cumbersome restriction of Daz Connect. I assume the intent is to prevent users from accidently messing up their installations.

You must have another (non-Daz Connect) content library folder mapped with the Content Directory Manager, create the necessary folder structure, and save your texture and preset in the appropriate folder in that library.

If you are new to Daz Studio, this may all sound like gibberish. Come back and ask specific questions about the parts you don't understand, so we can offer more help with those parts.
