Why is Genesis 8 (F) hands so smooth? And is there anything to do about it?

Basically I want to have a close up of Genesis 8 Female hands but the hands are extremely smooth, anything I can do about it to give it a bit more life
Hopefully somebody could help, (technical or even store recommendations are equally welcomed)

    Add just the bump or normal maps from a character texture set to the figure.

    Tried that but the UV map is not aligned, don't know how to do that
    Do you have any idea how to realign the UV map on the genesis 8 female?
