Where do I put my Ambient Occusion map from Substance painter?

You probably don't - though you could use them (or their inverse) to control glossiness or strength of the base colour, darkening it. An AO map tells you how inaccessible a surface area is, which might be expected to havea n impact on the way dirt and wear affect it.
