problems with Peach Fuzz! Facial Vellus Hair for Gen3 F

ok, so my problem is probably just something really simple..
https://www.daz3d.com/peach-fuzz-facial-vellus-hair-for-genesis-3-female-s Looks FANTASIC, untill I change my models facial expression, then it all goes to crap because the hair doesn't actually move with the face at all, so if I opened thier mouth or anything I end up with the hairs floating above the skin like some kind of thin bubble floating over the models face...
I really hope this is somthing that I'm doing wrong and not just another sad instence of wasted money...

The product comes with a user's guide that installs to /ReadMe's/32565_Peach-Fuzz-Facial-Vellus-Hair-User-Guide.pdf
or you can read it online here: http://docs.daz3d.com/lib/exe/fetch.php/public/read_me/index/32565/32565_peach-fuzz-facial-vellus-hair-user-guide.pdf
If the User Guide doesn't solve your problem, consider asking for a refund so that your money is not wasted. You have 30 days from date of purchase to return an item for refund if you are not satisfied with it.
the owners manual says "IF HAIR DOES NOT FOLLOW CERTAIN EXPRESSIONS It is possible that when adjusting an expression, the hair does not follow the expression. This is likely due to the fact that the expression does not have the “follower” parameter checked in its “parameter settings” (the little gear icon next to the slider). Be sure the expression has this boxed checked. If the box is checked and you still are having difficulties, it may be that the expression uses more than one parameter, and thus you may need to check that follower is turned on for each individual parameter that compose the expression.
ALTERNATE SOLUTION Alternatively, you may simply add a smoothing modifier to the hairs, which will force them to follow all morphs of the face."
OK, so I checked the Peramiter setting by clicking the little gear in the slider. the "Auto follow" box was allready checked. So tho only thing I can think of now is that the expression I'm useing has multiple peramiters. As I have no idea what a Peramiter even is, I have no clue how to check and see how many the expression Im using has, or what I would even do if i found them. lol
So, unless someone wants to talk me through that I guess I need a "smoother." what are Smoothers and how do they work? lol
