DIM thinks files are not installed.. but they are

For some reason, DIM has been acting up lately. I just finished downloading and installing 4000+ files. Because I have a small hard drive, I had it delete it after it installed. Now I launched dim again, and it seems to have forgotten it installed all those files. What can I do? It isn't possible to keep 4000 files of downloaded folders, and my stuff is already installed. I don't want to hide those pending installs since I want to see my updates.

Did you change the location of the ManifestFiles folder?  Do the files in it match the date when you installed the products?
