can wall block light but transparent when rendering ?

My room is small , so I have to unvisible one wall so I can see the interior of room.
I want the only light sourse is the moonlight from the window .
So , is it possible to make one wall not only block the light , but also make camera going though from outside ?

If you are rendering in Iray, you can use an Iray Section Plane to do this.
