Glowing material

Hello,

I have this product https://www.daz3d.com/daemon-outfit-for-genesis-3-female-s, the diamonds are glowing and cast light in its colour which is awesome. Does anyone know how to make a material like this myself? When I click on the surface of this material it says Lightbulb as a tag but everything else seems "normal"
