Make DAZ 4.9.1.3 also available

Please, make DAZ 4.9.1.3 also available for download, as a reserve if there is bugs and Error with latest 4.9.4.117

Me and many other users find that using 4.9.4.117 is glitchy or nearly useless without Smart Content, much because Error from PostgreSQL

And yes, I have uninstall and reinstall several times, but always this Error "PostgreSQL....".
(I have read suggestion of different solutions, but nothing helps)

This Error "PostgreSQL...." did not occur with earlier released version, used on exactly same hardware.
