required path of carrara 8 Native Content

Hello, I am in the process of installing Daz 3d. The installation of a few items failed. It is said that the required path has to be entered into the applications list. What is the required path?

I believe you just need to tell Daz Install Manager where Carrara is installed so that it can put these items in the right place for you. Here are some step-by-step instructions:

1. Click the gear at the upper right corner of DAZ Install Manager window
2. Click to the "Applications" tab
3. Click the "+" button in order to add an entry for Carrara
4. Fill out what version of the Carrara you have
5. Click the "..." button and navigate to the folder where your Carrara application resides...or in other words the folder that contains the Carrara.exe (PC) or application (Mac)
6. Click 'Accept' button
7. Click the other 'Accept' button

Then try installing these items again.

In the case of the Photoshop bridge for DAZ Studio, unless you have Photoshop, you won't be able to install this. You could choose to hide it by right-clicking -> Hide Package(s).
