Updated to ZBrush 4r8 but DAZ still sends to the 4r7 version.

Updated to ZBrush 4r8 but DAZ still sends to the 4r7 version.

How do I change that? :)

    How did you install it? DIM or manually?

    Can you post a screen shot of your applications tab with the full paths to the programs showing.

    My path to Zbrush 4r8 is...

    C:\Program Files\Pixologic\ZBrush 4R8

    I tried going into preferences in DAZ but, unlike with Bryce and Hexagon, it does not let me designate the path.

    Is that the path that is set up in DIM? Open DIM, in the upper RT hand corner click on the cog wheel. Go to your applications tab and check to make sure it is that location.

    In Zbrush go to preferences/GoZ/ Update all paths....that should fix it as that's what I've done and it's working fine.

    What's odd is GoZ worked fine going from ZBrush to DAZ once I changed the GoZ path in ZBrush but it would still open the old ZBrush 4r7 when I went from DAZ to Z.

     

    I removed then reinstalled DAZ, changed the path in the DIM applications folder to the 4r8 folder where ZBrush.exe was, and now it works like a charm.
